Here’s what you need at the grocery:
2 cups brown rice
coconut oil
980g chicken (approx 6-7 breasts)
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 cloves garlic
salt/pepper
2-3 heads of broccoli
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
assorted spices of your choice

Can these be frozen?
Yes! If you are going to freeze, just make sure to keep the yogurt in the fridge and put on when you are ready to eat!

Hey! I love this ! This is so cool but I have a few questions. If I make this for school on sunday and keep it in the freezer. Monday can I take it out, put it in my bag until lunch time and microwave it for 3 minutes ? Thanks!! (And can I keep doing this for a few days, I would be eating two a day, one at lunch and one at dinner) π
