12 oz. box quinoa
30 oz (900g) black beans
14 organic eggs
1/2 red onion
olive oil
salt/pepper
1 bag spinach
4 avocados
2 lemons

MACROS per container:
Calories: 443
Fat: 15
Carbohydrates: 55
Protein: 22
- Make the quinoa
- Boil water and poach eggs
- Mix the quinoa with black beans, diced red onion, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Slice the avocado and lemons
- Add raw spinach, 2 eggs, half an avocado and piece of lemon to each container
